Processing of Personal Data

Upon each visit to our website, our system automatically collects data and information from the calling computer's system. The following data is collected:

- The user's operating system

- The user's IP address

- Date and time of access

- Websites from which the user's system reaches our website

- Websites that are accessed by the user's system through our website

The data is also stored in the log files of our system. Storage of this data together with other personal data of the user does not occur. The legal basis for the temporary storage of the data is Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the delivery of the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. Our legitimate interest in data processing pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR also lies in these purposes. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of its collection. Google Re/Marketing Services

We use the marketing and remarketing services of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google") for marketing and optimization purposes, to display relevant ads to you, and to improve our campaign performance reports. The Google marketing services allow us to display ads on our website in a more targeted manner, showing users only ads that potentially match their interests. Tags are embedded on the website that store an individual cookie on the user's device. This technology analyzes the user's previously visited websites, content of interest, previously clicked offers, technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, and visit times. The user's IP address is also captured. The IP address is not merged with user data within other Google offerings. The information collected by Google marketing services about users is transmitted to Google and stored on Google's servers in the USA. The Google marketing services we use include the online advertising program "Google Ads." In the case of Google Ads, each Ads customer receives a different "conversion cookie." We use Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Tag Manager is a tool that allows us to integrate tracking or statistical tools and other technologies into our website. Google Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles, store cookies, or conduct independent analyses. It is used solely for the administration and distribution of tools integrated through it. However, Google Tag Manager captures your IP address, which can also be transferred to Google's parent company in the United States.
