YOUR PROFILE:
Completed degree in communications, economics, media studies, or similar
4-6 years of professional experience in the communication and marketing field
Wide network of contacts with relevant, primarily German-speaking editors, stylists, journalists, and influencers
Experience with national and international (beauty-) clients, client management, and consulting
High brand understanding, creative talent, and teamwork
Fluency in written and spoken German and very good English skills
Interest in the latest trends and up-to-date knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and Twitch
Experience with event management and influencer project support
Communication skills, resilience, and initiative

YOUR MISSION:
You are a competent contact person for our clients and independently manage exciting communication projects. You work closely with your colleagues. The following tasks await you:
Independent coordination and strategic support of clients
Implementation of communication concepts according to relevant KPIs
PR and influencer consulting including the creation of relevant content
Planning and implementation of media cooperations, influencer relations, and PR projects
Independent project management and contact person for juniors and interns
Planning and execution of PR and client events
Budget management
Analysis and reporting
Internal idea generator, sparring partner, and innovation driver
